Introduction This course module has been divided into seven main parts and teaches you the fundamental skills of selling right through from the initial research to the close, finishing with post call analysis.It is designed to deal with all aspects of the selling sequence most commonly encountered in our industry. The information and sales techniques contained will assist you in carrying out your job more effectively and hence more profitably for both you and your company. It is likely that you have already developed sales skills and personal attributes from your past work and experiences, whatever methods you have used in the past can be replaced or where appropriate complemented by the new techniques in this series of modules. You are not expected to discard all your personal techniques that may have proved successful for you previously, but please consider that the methods contained in this module have proved to be the most effective for winning new business and expanding existing accounts. Therefore, by incorporating the key elements of this module into your day-to-day sales role, you will be delighted with the results. |
